I started to play yoga about two two weeks ago. I bought yoga mat. Because when I play yoga, I sore my knees with getting down on floor. Today, yoga mat come here. I enjoy yoga no pain. Do you like yoga? I like yoga very much. Because I slept well after playing yoga. I recommend you to play yoga.
